Term: The initial term of this Lease shall be for a period of ~ months and shall commence on the date that the <br />Equipment is accepted by Lessee on behalf of Lessor (the "Acceptance Date") and terminate at the end of the fiscal year of Lessee <br />in effect on the Rent Commencement Date. Thereafter, this Lease will be automatically extended for three (3) successive <br />additional one year renewal terms, and for a final renewal term commencing 12-10-03 , and ending 12-09-04, unless this Lease <br />is earlier terminated as herein provided. <br /> <br />3.
