This <br />llP station is needed to provide the Hays Energy Project with effluent. American National Power will reimburse us for the <br />cost of the pump station. Since we are required by state law to have funds in place before contracting, we must go through <br />this process. This funding must be approved on emergency so that we can approve another related agenda item for <br />construction. We will reimburse the existing project when funds are received from American National Power. <br />
