Wise Real Estate, Inc. is the owner of 71.365 acres of land <br />located at the intersection of State Highway 123 and Clovis Barker Rd. <br />Phase 1 Preliminary Plat has been approved by Planning and Zonning <br />Commission on September 22, 1998. <br /> <br />I am requesting that the City of San Marcos annex this property and <br />agree to provide wastewater services to this proprety.
