RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUBGRANTEE: <br /> <br />A. Carry out the objective/performance goals of this grant by implementing the <br />Action Plan in this attachment. <br /> <br />B. Prior to enforcement activity, develop an Operational Plan according to the <br />Department's site selection criteria, and submit for approval either as an <br />attachment to this grant or within 30 days of grant start.
