AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS AND JAMES R. NUSE FOR THE POSITION OF CITY MANAGER <br />City and Employee hereby mutually agree to this Amendment of the Agreement entered <br />into on October 6, 2010 as follows: <br />1. Section 7, Subsection A of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"A. Employee shall accrue and have credited to his personal account Vaeation and sick <br />leave at the same rate as general employees of the City Commencing on December 6 <br />2011, Employee shall accrue 21 days of vacation leave per year In recognition of the <br />amount of time that Employee will devote to the job, the City Council agrees to allow the <br />employee to use vacation or sick leave prior to accrual during the first year of <br />employment." <br />2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in effect. <br />3.
