the Tourist Center is open to the public during the following times: Monday — Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During these times, the staff will provide assistance to visitors, respond to telephone inquiries, distribute tourism materials and information, maintain records, stock brochure racks and bins, and perform other services and tasks as directed by the Chamber. 2. The Chamber shall provide and maintain suitable equipment and materials for effective operation of the Tourist Center, including desks, counters, chairs, brochure racks and bins, computer, copier and telephone equipment, and office supplies. 3. The Chamber shall provide routine maintenance of the Tourist Center, including custodial services and minor repairs. If a need arises for maintenance of a non - routine nature (costing $1,000.00 or more), the Chamber will submit the request to the City, and the City will evaluate and take action to provide the maintenance. The City will provide routine landscape maintenance in the area of the Tourist Center. 4. The Chamber shall maintain commercial general liability insurance with respect to its operations and activities at the Tourist Center, and the Chamber shall provide casualty insurance covering the contents of the Tourist Center. The Chamber shall provide certificates to the City verifying these coverages at the City's request. 5. The Chamber shall not make any changes of a permanent nature to the Tourist Center building, or install or remove any permanent fixtures in or from the Tourist Center building, without the written approval of the City. 6. The Chamber shall pay all bills for utility services supplied to the Tourist Center. 4
