<br />80. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2000- 62 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS; <br />TEXAS APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO HOLLOMAN CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE PARKDALE STORM SEWER <br />AND WATERLINE PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The City of San Marcos engaged the services of Holloman Construction <br />Company ("Contractor") for the Completion of the Parkdale Storm Sewer and Waterline <br />Project. <br /> <br />2. These services were provided pursuant to a contract between the City and <br />the Contractor, executed on May 24, 1999. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1 . The project known as the Parkdale Storm Sewer and Waterline Project <br />has been completed pursuant to that contract of May 24, 1999 between the City and the <br />Contractor and is accepted by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 2.
