RESOLUTION 2011- 116 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE ANNUAL RENEWAL OF THE <br />MICROSOFT ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT WITH DELL MARKETING <br />L.P. FOR SOFTWARE LICENSES IN THE AMOUNT OF $111,984.12; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br />APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE RENEWAL OF THIS <br />AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART I. The annual renewal of the Microsoft License Agreement (the <br />"Agreement ") for software licenses in the amount of $111,984.12 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, is authorized to execute the appropriate documents <br />related to the renewal of this Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
