<br />84. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2000- 66 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, REJECTING ALL BIDS SUBMITTED FOR PURSUIT VEHICLES <br />FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. On January 20, 2000 the City opened bids for pursuit vehicles for the Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />2. The City purchased these vehicles through the General Services Commission <br />instead of through the bid process. <br /> <br />3. City staff recommends rejection of all bids. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. All bids received in response to an invitation for bids for pursuit vehicles <br />for the Police Department are rejected. <br /> <br />PART 2.
