<br />Cl'STOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR: <br />(a) Customer is responsible for providing the facilities, equipment and software that are necessary for' the servicc:s <br />described in this Agreement. <br />(b) Customer must have the following: <br />. Must have a Williams' maintenance agreement <br />· One PBX serial data port dedicated to COR output (Toll Watch Only) <br />· One telephone line independent of the switch, loop start <br />· 110 volt. AIC outlet <br />· Separate electrical source, circuit and power <br />· One PBX serial data port dedicated to maintenance services <br />· One Octel serial data port dedicated to maintenance services (Octel Monitoring Only) <br />· One Teltronics site event buffer (SEB) provisioned with the required RAM and data ports. <br />· Suitable operating environment. <br />(c) Customer must assign at least one (I) person to act as contact with Williams, to be trained (up to ten (10) hours) in <br />necessary procedures at no charge by Williams. <br />(d) Customer must allow Williams full access to the System and any equipment provided by Williams for provision of <br />the services hereunder. <br />(e) Remote Services will be provided only if the Customer's System is ofa type compatible with the Remote Services <br />and has the hardware and software options necessary. <br />(D Customer acknowledges that the provision of Remote Services is proprietary to Williams and subject to copyright <br />protection, and Customer agrees that it shall not allow any aspect of the Remote Services to be disclosed to a <br />third party, approval of Williams, and make reasonable efforts to insure that its employees are aware of this <br />obligation. <br /> <br />III.
