<br />throughout the course of the contract. An overdraft will be defined as a negative demand <br />balance in the City's accounts collectively, not by individual account. This includes daylight <br />overdrafts. <br /> <br />In the event a check or checks are presented for payment on any City account, where there <br />are insufficient funds for the purpose of paying checks, Norwest will pay the check or <br />checks and will promptly notify the City, by telephone or other means, of the existence of <br />the overdraft situation. <br /> <br />2.5. OPTIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />Norwest will: <br /> <br />Company Programs: <br /> <br />2.5.1 Offer membership banking to City employees which includes: <br /> <br />a. free interest bearing checking accounts <br />b. free checks (initial order of 50) <br />c. free instant cash card <br />d. travelers checks <br />e. Norwest Advantage money market savings account <br />f. Norwest reserve line of credit <br />g. preferred loan rates <br />h. members only discounts <br />i. direct payroll deposit <br /> <br />3.4 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />3.4.1 Since Norwest's compensation is a fixed fee for Basic Services, including minor <br />deviations from those described in this Agreement, compensation to Norwest for additional <br />services will only be for substantial deviations from the scope of services described in this <br />Agreement. Norwest will submit a written estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's <br />authorization before initiating any additional services. Should the City choose to utilize <br />additional services available from Norwest that are not included in this Agreement, the City <br />will pay the then current rate for those services as established in the Fee and Information <br />Schedule provided by Norwest at the time services are requested. <br /> <br />3.4.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Norwest <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached <br />to this Agreement as Attachment H. Compensation for additional services will be in addition <br />to that specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 5.2 of this Agreement. The <br />approval of the City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the <br />compensation for which exceeds $15,000. <br /> <br />10 <br />
