<br />LICENSE AGREEMENT 308 <br /> <br />3-13-00 <br /> <br />8.0 SERVICE LIMITATIONS <br /> <br />8.1 SYSTEM SOFTWARE, NETWORK SOFTWARE AND DATABASE <br />SUPPORT LIMITATIONS <br /> <br />CIS does not provide for installation, management and support of any <br />network or database systems or applications, or provide any other <br />services of any kind except as specified by attachment to this Agreement. <br />User acknowledges and agrees to obtain at User's expense any and all <br />network and database installation, maintenance and on-site support <br />services from Microsoft certified sources that may be required for mission <br />critical operation. <br /> <br />8.2 GEOBASE FILES <br /> <br />The Geobase/CAD requires that the User's geobase data be entered into <br />a Geofile. CIS will provide utility for that purpose and train User <br />personnel for use of the utility. CIS DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR DATA <br />ENTRY OF SAID GEOFILE DATA. Upon request, CIS will provide a <br />separate written quotation for data entry services that are not scheduled in <br />written amendment to this Agreement. <br /> <br />8.3 CONVERSION SERVICES <br /> <br />NO CONVERSION SERVICES OF USER'S EXISTING SOFTWARE <br />APPLICATIONS OR DATA ARE INCLUDED IN THIS AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />8.4 HARDWARE <br /> <br />CIS DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR INSTALLATION OF SYSTEM OR <br />NETWORK HARDWARE, INTER-CONNECTION OF DEVICES OR <br />RELATED EQUIPMENT SERVICES OR SUPPORT UNDER THIS <br />AGREEMENT. In the event the User desires said services not otherwise <br />provided, CIS will provide the User with a time and materials quotation in <br />writing and require a separate purchase order from the User. <br /> <br />8.5 ENHANCEMENTS AND SYSTEM(S) OPTIONS <br /> <br />ENHANCEMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS OF THE SYSTEM AND <br />COSTS THERETO ARE NOT PROVIDED UNDER SCHEDULE A OF <br />THIS AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />34 <br />
