<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2005- 1 n 1 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING A DISTRIBUTION CONSTRUCTION/MATERIAL <br />/CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT WITH THE LOWER <br />COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />RELOCATION OF POWER LINES FOR THE SANCTUARY LOFTS <br />DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF HUTCHISON <br />AND NORTH STREETS, RATIFYING THE CITY MANAGER'S EXECUTION <br />OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS <br /> <br />PART 1 The Distribution Construction/Material/Construction Services Contract <br />with the Lower Colorado River Authority in connection with the relocation of power lines for <br />the Sanctuary Lofts Development at the intersection of Hutchison and North Streets in the <br />amount of $41,000 00 is approved <br /> <br />PART 2 The execution of the contract by City Manager, Dan O'Leary, on behalf <br />of the City is ratified <br /> <br />PART 3 This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately from and <br />after its passage <br /> <br />ADOPTED this the 1st <br /> <br />day of November, 2005 <br /> <br /> <br />~zk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />r1tt/(lJ7 ~f)~ANh/ <br />Janis K.
