DESCRIPTION OF 58.43 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, OF LAND AREA IN I THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS BEING A PORTION OF LOT 1 OF THE NATIONAL SUPPLY SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 4, PAGE 343 OF THE HAYS COUNTY PLAT RECORDS, BEING A PORTION OF THAT TRACT DESCRIBED AS ft77 S3 ACRES - PART OF LOT 1" IN A DEED FROM NATIONAL-OILWELL TO TRICO INDUSTRIES, INC , DATED OCTOBER 14, 1994 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 1107, PAGE 115 OF THE HAYS COUNTY OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS I BEGINNING at a ~" iron rod set in 1993 with plastic cap stamped ftByrn" in the southeast line of F M. Highway No 2439 (Hunter Road), the southwest line of Lot 1, National Supply Subdivision, and the northeast line of that tract described as 2 68 acres in a deed from Germer and Lowe et a1 to Woodrow F High, Jr , dated May 20, 1987 and recorded in Volume 675, Page 293 of the Hays County Real Property Records, for the west corner of the Trico Industries 77 53 acre part of Lot 1 tract, the south corner of that tract described as 0 38 acres in a deed from Nationa1-0ilwe11 to the State of Texas dated February 24, 1994 and recorded in Volume 1066, Page 407 of the Hays County Official Public Records (said 0.38 acre tract being part of Lot 1), and the east corner of that tract described as 0 166 acres in a deed from Woodrow F. High, Jr., to the State of Texas dated January 31, 2001 and recorded in Volume 1787, Page 739 of the Hays County Official Public Records (said 0.166 acre tract being part of the High 2.68 acre tract); THENCE leaving the High 2 68 acre tract, the State of Texas o 166 acre tract and the PLACE OF BEGINNING and crossing the northwest side of Lot 1, National Supply Subdivision with the common northwest line of the Trico 77.53 acre part of Lot 1 tract and southeast line of Hunter Road and the State of Texas 0 38 acre tract the following two courses I 1. with a right-breaking curve having the following characteristics: central angle. 18.36'18", radius a 1086 03 feet, arc length. 352 66 feet, and a chord which bears N 36.24'37" E 3S1 11 feet to a ~" iron rod set in 1993 for Point of Tangency, and 2.
