<br />34. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 2005- 1 67 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, MAKING AN APPOINTMENT <br />TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CAPITAL <br />AREA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Articles of Incorporation of the CapItal Area Housing Fmance <br />CorporatIOn authorIze the CIty CouncIl of the CIty of San Marcos to appomt one member of <br />the CorporatIOn's Board of Duectors, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term of the current member of the CorporatIOn's Board of Duectors <br />appomted by the CIty CouncIl has expued, now, therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />P ART 1 The followmg person IS appomted as a member of the CapItal Area Housmg <br />Fmance CorporatIOn Board ofDuectors for a four-year term begmmng October 22,2005, and <br />endmg October 21, 2009, or at such tIme as thIS member's successor IS duly appomted and <br />qualIfies to take office, whIchever occurs later <br /> <br />Fred Markham <br /> <br />PART 2.
