I I I automobIle habIhty msurance coverages of the type and amounts that the LIcensee IS reqUIred to obtam under thIS ArtIcle. 1805 All habIhty coverages mamtamed by the LIcensee and by the LIcensee's contractors and subcontractors must name the CIty as an addItIonal msured. All of the LICensee's msurance wIll be pnmary over any coverages mamtamed by the CIty 18 06 Pnor to the executIOn of thIS Agreement, and pnor to each msurance pohcy eXpIratIOn date dunng the term of thIS Agreement, the LIcensee wIll furnIsh the CIty with a current certIficate of msurance and upon request, certified copIes of the LIcensee's msurance pohcIes. The CertIficate WIll reference thIS Agreement and the worker's compensatIOn and property msurance waIver of subrogatIOn required by thIS Agreement. The certIficate must venfy that the CIty wIll be gIven 30 days advance notIce of any cancellatIOn or nomenewal of coverage All pohcIes, other than worker's compensatIOn, will be wrItten on an occurrence and not on a claIms- made baSIS. 18 07 The hmIts of habIhty set out m thIS ArtIcle may be mcreased or decreased by mutual consent of the partIes. 18 08 The pohcIes of msurance reqUIred to be obtamed by the LIcensee or ItS contractors or subcontractors WIll not contam provlSlons that A. exclude coverage of habIhty assumed by the LIcensee m thIS Agreement except as to mfnngement of patents or copyrIghts or for libel and slander m programmmg matenal, B exclude coverage of habIhty ansmg from excavatmg, collapse, or underground work; C exclude coverage for mJurIes to the CIty'S officers, employees or agents, D exclude coverage of habIhty for mJunes or damages caused by the LIcensee's contractors or subcontractors or theIr employees, servants or agents, or E contam a standard form pollution exclUSIOn or exclude claims or SUItS that arIse from the effects of electromagnetIc fields or radiatIOn (to the extent such coverage cannot be obtamed through commerCIal general habIhty msurance, the Licensee wIll obtain equivalent msurance to msure the property agamst enVIronmental hazards) ThiS hst of prohibIted provlSlons IS not exclUSIve. 18 09 The LIcensee wIll be fully responsible for any deductible or self-msured retentIOn amounts contamed m Its msurance program or for any defiCIenCIes m the amounts of msurance maintamed. 18
