<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />150. <br /> <br />FIELD NOTES <br /> <br />This parcel of land contains 5638 square feet at the San Marcos Airport, and lies within that <br />1378.3381 acre San Marcos Airport tract out of the William Pettus Two League Grant. Caldwell <br />County, Texas, as shown on that plat dated 12 September 1989 by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor <br />This is the southwest parcel of three hangar lease tracts southwest of the east parking ramp. This <br />parcel is shown on a plat dated 4 November 2005 by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor, and is <br />described by metes and bounds in the following paragraphs. Each aluminum capped iron <br />witness monument noted is a 5/8 inch diameter iron bar, 18 inches long, with a two inch <br />diameter aluminum cap marked <br /> <br />SAN MARCOS AIRPORT <br />2005 <br />(Point No ) W C. <br />VS XLV <br />3 ft O.S. <br />CHARLES R. SWART <br />SURVEYOR <br />and with the point number shown on the plat and cited herein Bearings are based on the <br />center line bearing of State Highway No 21 as shown on the right of way map of the Texas <br />Highway Department dated March 1937, as the center line was found marked on the ground <br />between stations 129 + 53 and 158 + 10. The point cited herein as the West Reference Point <br />(point SO) is a 3/8 inch diameter drill hole near the west end of the concrete parking ramp and <br />9.5 feet north of the south edge of the ramp. The point cited herein as the East Reference Point <br />(point 51) is a 3/8 inch diameter copper tube in the concrete parking ramp opposite the east <br />legs of the old control tower, and 9.5 feet nqrth of the south edge of the ramp From the West <br />Reference Point the East Reference Point bears South 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East a <br />distance of 1S05.44 feet <br />Beginning at the north corner of this parcel (point 1976), which is marked with a 3/8 inch <br />diameter iron spike, 8 inches long, from which the East Reference Point (point 51) bears North 00 <br />degrees 01 minutes 26 seconds East a distance of 710.55 feet and thence North 89 degrees 58 <br />minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 1965.47 feet From point 1976 an aluminum capped iron <br />witness monument (point 1986) bears North 44 degrees 56 minutes 51 seconds West a distance <br />of 3.00 feet <br />Thence, from the point of beginning, South 44 degrees 56 minutes 51 seconds East along the <br />northeast line of this parcel a distance of 70.25 feet to the east corner (point 1977) of this parcel. <br />which is marked with a 3/8 inch diameter iron spike, 8 inches long, from which an aluminum <br />capped iron witness monument (point 1987) bears South 44 degrees 56 minutes 51 seconds East <br />a distance of 3.00 feet; <br />thence South 45 degrees 03 minutes 09 seconds West along the southeast line of this parcel a <br />distance of 80.25 feet to the south corner of this parcel (point 1974), which is marked with a 3/8 <br />inch diameter iron spike, 8 inches long, from which an aluminum capped iron witness monument <br />(point 1996) bears South 44 degrees 56 minutes 51 seconds East a distance of 3.00 feet; <br />thence North 44 degrees 56 minutes 51 seconds West along the southwest line of this parcel a <br />distance of 70.25 feet to the west corner (point 1975) of this parcel, which is marked with a 3/8 <br />inch diameter iron spike, 8 inches long, from which an aluminum capped iron witness monument <br />(point 1997) bears North 44 degrees 46 minutes 51 seconds West a distance of 3.00 feet; <br />thence North 45 degrees 03 minutes 09 seconds East along the northwest line of this parcel a <br />distance of 80.25 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />+++++++ <br /> <br />I, CHARLES R.
