Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Fund Application Waiver for the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Eligible applicants for block grant funds may waive their right to apply for a direct grant of funds. This can be done in two ways. Please indicate below which option the city or county wishes to choose and have the Authorized Official (the Mayor, City Manager or County Judge) sign in the appropriate location.
