<br />126. <br />Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Fund <br /> <br />Application Waiver for the <br />Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant <br /> <br />Eligible applicants for block grant funds may waive their right to apply for a direct grant of funds. This can be <br />done in two ways. Please indicate below which option the city or county wishes to choose and have the Authorized <br />Official (the Mayor, City Manager or County Judge) sign in the appropriate location. If there are any questions or if <br />assistance is needed, please call HeatherMorgan at 512/475-2252 or Nicole Lievsay at 512/463-1919. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />waives application for funds available under the Juvenile <br /> <br />(Name of city, county or Native American Tribe) <br /> <br />Accountability Incentive Block Grant GAmG). It is understood that the Criminal Justice Division of the <br /> <br />Governor's Office may use the funds earmarked for the above named jurisdiction to provide eligible <br /> <br />services to combinations of local governments that are not eligible to receive their own separate grant. <br /> <br />Signature of Authorized Official <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br />OR <br /> <br />OJ. The City of San Marcos waives its eligibility to apply for a separate grant, but would like <br />(Name of city county or Native American Tribe) <br /> <br />to designate Hays County <br />(Name of jurisdiction to receive waived funds) <br /> <br />as the recipient of the allocated amount. The <br /> <br />governing board of The City of San Marcos <br />(Name of jw1sdiction waiving funds) <br /> <br />has passed a resolution that waives <br /> <br />the right to apply, names Hays County <br />(Name of jw1sdiction to receive waived funds) <br /> <br />as the designee for the waived <br /> <br />funds, agrees to participate in the Juvenile Crime Enforcement Coalition aCEC) created by the designee <br /> <br />and names the representatives to serve on the designee's JCEC.
