<br />Attachment H <br /> <br />Notice to Contractor of Tax Exempt Status of Owner <br /> <br />This Contract is for improvements to realty for a governmental entity exempt from the <br />payment of state and local sales, excise and use taxes under Section 151.309 ofthe Texas <br />Tax Code. <br /> <br />The Contractor's purchase of tangible personal property, other than machinery or <br />equipment and its accessories and repair and replacement parts, for use in the <br />performance of this contract is exempt if the tangible personal property is necessary and <br />essential for the performance of thrs contract and completely consumed at the job site. <br /> <br />The Contractor is solely responsible for payment of any sales, excise and use tax <br />applicable to the Contractor's performance under this Contract. <br />
