<br />153 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2000 -qq R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO PRIESTER SUPPLY <br />COMPANY AND TO GE SUPPLY FOR THE PURCHASE OF OVERHEAD <br />SERVICE CABLE; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of an annual contract forthe purchase of overhead service <br />cable, Item #1, IFB 20-043, from Priester Supply Company in the amount of $.669 per foot <br />is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The award of an annual contract for the purchase of overhead service <br />cable, Item #2, IFB 20-043, from GE Supply in the amount of $.44 per foot is approved. <br /> <br />PART 3. The award of an annual contract for the purchase of overhead service <br />cable, Item #3, IFB 20-043, from GE Supply in the amount of $1.51 per foot is approved. <br /> <br />PART 4. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to <br />execute appropriate contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 5.
