CROOK DATED SEPTEMBER 9, 1996 <br /> <br />AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 1253, PAGE 120 OF THE HAYS COUNTY OFFICIAL <br /> <br />PUBLIC RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND <br /> <br />BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a ~" iron rod set at the common east corner of the <br />Crook 2.545 acre tract and the south corner of that tract described <br />as "Tract Two - 32,060 sq. ft." in a deed from R.W. Bowden, Sr. Et <br />ux to E. Dale Lowe et ux dated June 29, 1977 and recorded in Volume <br />297, Page 760 of the Hays County Deed Records, and being in the <br />common northwest line of Interstate Highway No. 35 and that tract <br />described as 1.998 acres in a deed from Robert G. Williams et ux to <br />The State of Texas dated January 12, 1956 and recorded in Volume <br />168, Page 251 of the Hays County Deed Records; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the Lowe tract and the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown <br />on that plat numbered 24832-00-c dated February 15, 2000 as <br />prepared for Mrs. W.H. Crook with the common southeast line of the <br />Crook tract and the northwest line of the State of Texas and <br />Interstate Highway No. 35, S 440 54' 57" W 201.04 feet to a W' <br />iron rod set for the common south corner of the Crook 2.545 acre <br />tract and the east corner of that tract described as 4.485 acres in <br />a deed from Terrand, Ltd. to EWR and KKB Partners dated March 31, <br />1998 and recorded in Volume 1396, Page 817 of the Hays County <br />Official Public Records; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving Interstate Highway No. 35 and the State of Texas <br />1.998 acre tract with the common southwest line of the Crook 2.545 <br />acre tract and the northeast line of the EWR and KKB 4.485 acre <br />tract, N 440 49' 50" W 558.80 feet to a ~" iron rod found for the <br />common north corner of the EWR and KKB 4.485 acre tract and the <br />west corner of the Crook 2.545 acre tract, pass at 558.70 feet the <br />monumented southeast line of Lot 1-A Replat of Wide-Lite Unit 1 as <br />recorded in Volume 5, Page 284 of the Hays County Plat Records; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the EWR and KKB 4.485 acre tract and with the <br />northwest line of the Crook 2.545 acre tract, N 440 39' 21" E <br />197.77 feet to a ~" iron rod found at the common north corner of <br />the Crook 2.545 acre tract and the west corner of that tract <br />described as "Tract One - 3.96 acres" in a deed from R.W. Bowden, <br />Sr. Et ux to E. Dale Lowe et ux dated June 29, 1977 and recorded in <br />Volume 297, Page 760 of the Hays County Deed Records; <br /> <br />THENCE with the common southwest line of the Lowe 3.96 acre tract, <br />the Lowe 32,060 square foot tract and the northeast line of the <br />Crook 2.545 acre tract, S 450 10' 00" E (this being the Bearing <br />Basis for this description) 559.69 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, <br />pass at 1.2 feet the southeast line of Lot 1-A, Replat of Wide-Lite <br />Unit 1. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
