<br />101 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2000 - 126 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS DECLARING CERTAIN SURPLUS SUBSTATION CONTROL UNITS <br />THAT ARE OF NO VALUE TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS; <br />AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THESE ITEMS TO THE GUADALUPE <br />VALLEY ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />The San Marcos Electric Utility has in its possession certain surplus substation <br />control units that are of no value to the City. <br /> <br />The City wishes to sell four substation control units to the Guadalupe Valley Electric <br />Cooperative at a fair market value price of $6000.00 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The City Council finds and determines that certain surplus substation <br />control units are no longer of value to the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Council authorizes the sale of these surplus substation <br />control units to the Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative for $6,000.00 <br /> <br />PART 3.
