103 <br />RESOLUTION 2000- 128 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY <br />FOR THE PROVISION OF TREE TRIMMING SERVICES; AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached interlocal agreement between the City of San Marcos <br />and the Lower Colorado River Authority ("LCRA") for the LCRA's provision of tree trimming <br />services for the City is approved. <br />PART 2. This interlocal agreement is entered into pursuant to the Interlocal <br />Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, as amended. <br />PART 3. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 4.
