MentallNervous - Alcohol/Drug Abuse Benefits is hereby deleted and replaced in <br />its entirely by the following: <br /> <br />Coverage for expenses for the treatment of Alcohol Abuse or Drug Abuse is limited to the lesser <br />of the maximum benefits shown in the plan or $25,000 in excess of the Specific Retention for any <br />Policy Year. Any payments which exceed $25,000 in excess of the Specific Retention are not <br />considered Eligible Expenses for the Aggregate Excess Coverage. <br /> <br />All other terms and conditions of the Treaty remain unchanged. <br /> <br />Robert J.
