<br />more restrictive and/or burdensome will govern and control. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 14 <br />BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br /> <br />14.1 The City will compensate the Architect, in accordance with Article 5, Payments to <br />the Architect, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: <br /> <br />14.2 The total fee to be paid to Architect for Basic Services as described in Sections 1.1 <br />through 1.4 will be $70,300.00. This compensation is divided among the Basic Services <br />tasks as follows: <br /> <br />TASK 1 -DESIGN SERVICES (25%) <br />TASK 2 - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SERVICES (50%) <br />TASK 3 - BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION <br />ADMINISTRATION (25%) <br /> <br />REIMBURSABLE FIXED FEE: <br /> <br />TOTAL FEE: <br /> <br />$16,125.00 <br />$32,250.00 <br /> <br />$16,125.00 <br /> <br />$ 5.800.00 <br /> <br />$70,300.00 <br /> <br />Compensation for reimbursable expenses is an additional $5,800.00 which is not <br />included in the fee stipulated in Section 14.2. This amount will be paid to Architect for <br />those services included in Section 4.1. <br /> <br />14.3 Compensation for additional services of the Architect, as described in Section 1.5, <br />shall be computed based on the Architect's standard hourly rates: <br /> <br />Principal <br />Architect <br />Intern III <br />Technician II <br />Intern II <br />Intern I <br />Technician I <br />Administrative Staff <br /> <br />$125.00 <br />$ 65.00 - 85.00 <br />$ 60.00 - 75.00 <br />$ 50.00 - 65.00 <br />$ 45.00 - 60.00 <br />$ 40.00 - 45.00 <br />$ 35.00 - 45.00 <br />$ 35.00 - 40.00 <br /> <br />Hourly rates within each classification are in five dollar increments. The specific <br />hourly rate is dependent on the experience and qualifications of individual personnel. <br />Hourly rates are adjusted from time to time in accordance with the normal salary review <br />practices of the Architect.
