(c) Additional Development Standards. See Table 4.1.6.1. <br />(d) Additional Area, Buildin-a and Heizht Requirements: <br />(1) Minimum Rear Yard: Five feet with an additional two feet required for <br />each story above 24 feet, up to a maximum setback of 25 feet; there shall <br />be no encroachment or overhangs into this required rear vard <br />(2) Structures higher than four stories may be approved by CUP. <br />(3) All uses shall provide connections to existing sidewalks, parks, or open <br />space. <br />(4) Parking areas for nonresidential uses shall be screened from single- family <br />uses with a living or solid masonry screening device. <br />(5) Parking shall not be located between the front facade and the front <br />propertv line. <br />(e) Additional Requirements. See Chapter 6 for additional requirements and <br />standards. <br />SECTION 14. The following tables in Appendix "A" to this Ordinance are amended to <br />reflect the addition of the new VMU Vertical Mixed Use District and applicable standards: <br />(a) Section 4.1.5.1, Zoning District Names; <br />(b) Table 4.1.4.6, Dimensional and Development Standards (Special or <br />Nonresidential Districts); and <br />(c) Section 4.3.1.2, Land Use Matrix. <br />SECTION 15. Chapter 6, Development Standards, Article 7, Lot Design and <br />Improvement Standards, Division 2, Lots, Section 6.7.2.1, Determination and Regulation of Size, <br />subsection 0), is amended to read as follows: <br />0) Lot depth shall not exceed three times the lot width for lots platted after <br />March 10, 1975, except for lots with a zoning designation of (TH) Townhouse <br />Residential District. <br />SECTION 16. Chapter 7, Public Facilities Standards, Article 4, Roads, Sidewalks and <br />Alleys, Division 1, General Standards, Section 7.4.1.4, Specific Street Standards, subsection (u), <br />is amended to read as follows: <br />
