<br />177. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2000 - 152 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br />APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The City Charter of the City of San Marcos requires that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission establish bylaws to govern its rules of procedure and annual election <br />of officers. <br /> <br />2. The Planning and Zoning Commission first adopted bylaws in 1995 when the <br />Commissionwas formed. <br /> <br />3. The Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed and approved bylaw <br />amendments, which are attached to this Resolution. <br /> <br />4. The City Council has been presented with and has examined the proposed <br />amendments to the bylaws and finds that the form and substance of the <br />amendments are satisfactory. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1.
