Hopkins, at 7:00 <br />p.m. on Tuesday, November 15, 2011, to con- <br />sider the following: <br />• A request by ETR Development on behalf of <br />Darren Casey Interests, for a land use map <br />amendment from Commercial (C) to High <br />Density Residential (HDR) and zoning change <br />from General Commercial (GC) to Multi- Family <br />24 (MF -24) for approximately 2.547 acres situat- <br />ed in the JM Vefamendi League Number 2 at <br />1311 N.IH -35. <br />• A request by ETR Development on behalf of <br />Darren Casey Interests to establish a Planned <br />Development District Overlay, with a base zon- <br />ing of Multi - Family (MF -24), for approximately <br />10.735 acres situated in the JM Veramendi <br />League Number 2 and located at 1311 N IH 35. <br />• A request by Vigil and Associates on behalf of <br />Robert Haug and Vinson Wood to establish a <br />Planned Development District Overlay, with a <br />base zoning of Single Family, Rural Residential <br />(SE -R), for approximately 149.14 acres Wenti- <br />tied as Phase 1 of the Preserve at Windemers <br />Subdivision and located ;along Lime Kiln Road, <br />approximately one mile northwest of the inter- <br />section of Lime KlImand Post Road. <br />A request by Austin Civil Engineering, on <br />behalf of Javastons Capital Holdings, for a <br />Planned Development District Overlay, with a <br />base zoning of.
