Hopkins, at 7:00 <br />p.m. on Tuesday, November 15, 2011, to con- <br />sider the following: <br />An, amendment to the City's Future Land Use <br />Map from Low - Density Residential (LDR): to <br />Mixed Use (MU) for 0.23 acres, more or less, <br />out of the Lindsey & Harvey Subdivision, <br />Block 2, Part of Lot 4, located at 531 West <br />Hopkins Street. In addition, all ; Interested <br />persons may speak for or against a concur- <br />rent request to amend, the official zoning <br />map of the City by rezoning 531 West <br />Hopkins Street from Single Family <br />Residential (SF -4.5) to Mixed Use (MU). <br />An amendment to the City's Future Land Use <br />Map from Mixed Use (MU) to High Density <br />Residential (HDR) for 13 acres, more or less, <br />out of Lot 1, Block C, Blanco Riverwalk <br />Subdivision, located at Riverway Avenue <br />and Cotter Avenue.
