<br />· Unobstructed access to all equipment under service contract. <br />· Environmental conditions that meet or exceed manufacturer's specifications. <br />· Remote connectivity to all data equipment contracted under these services. <br />(b) Customer must have the following: <br />· If Customer is not on a national frame relay network where Williams has circuits in place (e.g., AT&T, MCI/WorldCom - Sprint), <br />Customer could incur additional charges. <br />· IP Addressing: Customers using registered, unique address blocks issued by the InterNIC or ARIN can always be accommodated. <br />However, if Customer is using an IP address that the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) reserved for use by any private <br />company, network address translation (NAT) may need to be run on Customer's router to access a public network (Williams SNMP <br />Monitoring Group). Extra costs can be incurred by Customer (e.g., additional router, software upgrade and configuration change) to <br />provide translation to the "public" network. <br />· Equipment to be monitored must be SNMP compatible. <br />(c) Notification Information: <br /> <br />Customer notifications of alarm conditions should be as follows: <br /> <br />1 st Notification <br />2nd Notification <br />3rd Notification <br /> <br />Telephone, Pager or Email: <br />Telephone, Pager or Email: <br />Telephone, Pager or Email: <br /> <br />V.
