Consider anyroval of Ordinance 2011-55, on the second of two readings, amending <br />various sections of the Land Development Code as follows: modifying the apueals urocess <br />for Certificates of Appropriateness under Sections 1.5.5.6 and 1.10.1.4-1 modifying the <br />Platting Procedures for certain types of pronertics under Section 1.6.1.1: modifying the <br />g-rocedures related to Watershed Protection Plans under Sections 1.7.1.1 and 1.7.1.4, <br />modifying the requirements related to Site Preparation Permits under Sections 1.8.1.1 and <br />1.8 1.3: clarifying the applicability of Development Agreements to certain types of <br />properties in the FTJ under Section 2.2.1.1: modifying lot width requirements for "MF- <br />12" and "MF-18" Multiple -Family Residential Districts under Sections 4.2.1.11 and <br />4 2.1.12: establishing a building height limit of four stories for structures in "MU" Mixed <br />Use Districts under Section 4 2 2.1: establishing a new zoning district classification of <br />"YMU" Vertical Mixed Use under Chapter 4.
