monthly reports for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise compliance, Equal Employment <br />Opportunity compliance, traffic control compliance, contractor- subcontractor compliance with <br />Form FHWA -1273, and payroll monitoring as required by TxDOT's Local Government Project <br />Procedures Manual. <br />1.14.17 Using information supplied by the contractor and City inspector, prepare and submit to <br />the City a set of reproducible record construction drawings showing significant changes in the <br />work made during the construction phase. The engineer will submit two full -size hard copy <br />record drawings to the City, as well as electronic copies in PDF and CAD (Microstation V8) <br />format. <br />1.15 ADDITIONAL SERVICES /CHANGE IN SERVICES <br />1.15.1 Since the Engineer's compensation is a not -to- exceed fee for Basic Services described in <br />this Agreement, compensation to the Engineer for Additional Services will only be for <br />substantial deviations from the scope of services described in this Agreement. The Engineer will <br />submit a written estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating <br />any additional services. The following services are not included in this Agreement at present and <br />are specifically considered to be additional services: <br />a) Right -of -Way /easement acquisition and/or condemnation assistance; <br />b) Franchise Utility or San Marcos Electric Utility relocation design; <br />C) Construction inspection, construction staking, and material testing <br />d) Preparing for and attending additional public meetings, and/or appearing as an <br />expert witness in any litigation for the City. <br />e) Prepare a Section 404 USACE regional or individual permit and/or mitigation <br />planning <br />f) Presence /absence surveys for endangered species or formal Section 7 <br />Coordination under the Endangered Species Act <br />g) A full Phase I (historical aerial and topography and interviews with past property <br />owners) or Phase II (drilling and lab testing) Environmental Site Assessment for <br />Petroleum and Hazardous Substance <br />h) Section 4(f) /6(f) analysis <br />i) Archeological testing, mitigation, and/or additional coordination of any potential <br />cultural resource sites <br />j) Preparing final conditions Letter of Map Revision for FEMA <br />k) Prepare structural details for monuments (monument structural details will be <br />provided by contractor and the contractor will submit shop drawings for review) <br />Kirnley -Horn — FM 2439 (Hunter Road) <br />25 <br />
