BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached Interlocal Agreement between Hays County and the City of <br />San Marcos Related to San Marcos, Texas Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 4 reflecting <br />the terms requested by Hays County as stated in paragraph 2 of the Recitals is approved, <br />PART 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute the Interlocal Agreement on <br />behalf of the City, <br />PART 3. The City Council has no intention to annex the subdivisions immediately <br />adjacent to the Paso Robles development and is willing to enter into Development Agreements to <br />defer annexation of such subdivisions for ten years, <br />PART4.
