Road as it extends westerly through the Paso Robles property as well as in a <br />north westerly direction along the alignment of the future internal looped <br />roadway within the Paso Robles property. <br />A 16" water line that will extend from an existing 24" water line located in <br />McCarty Lane to a connection point of the looped 16" water Lines. <br />A 12" water line to serve the Sleepy Hollow/Kingswood region will extend from <br />the Trunk Hill Tank in a southerly direction to the southern property line of the <br />Paso Robles property, along the proposed future roadway <br />■ Wastewater <br />o Centerpoint Wastewater Line (WW-1) <br />■ A 12" wastewater line approximately 3,700 feet in length to be constructed <br />generally along the existing Centerpoint Road from Hunter Road to the existing <br />Gregson's Bend wastewater manhole <br />o Barnes Wastewater Line (WW -1) <br />■ A 24" wastewater line approximately 3,800 feet in length to be constructed <br />within an easement within the Barnes property. This line will extend from the <br />western Right -of -way line of Hunter Road and connect to an existing wastewater <br />manhole located on the east side of Interstate 35 near the outlet malls <br />■ Roads/Drainage <br />o Centerpoint Road Extension (RD -1) <br />■ Centerpoint Road will extend approximately 8,200 feet in length from Hunter <br />Road to the western property line of the Paso Robles property. The road will be <br />designed as a four -lane divided roadway and will provide an appropriate drainage <br />system to collect and covey stormwater runoff associated with the road. Per the <br />approved TIA for Paso Robles, Brookfield in responsible for 4 lanes from Hunter <br />Road to the first point of intersection of the internal looped road, and 2 lanes <br />from this point to the western boundary of Paso Robles. <br />o Hunter Road Intersection Improvements (RD -2) <br />■ Various Intersection Improvements to Centerpoint Road and McCarty Lane; and <br />Hunter Road and Centerpoint Road. Per the approved TIA for Paso Robles, the <br />recommended improvements consist of: additional turn lanes and re- striping at <br />Hunter Road and McCarty Lane; and, traffic signal and re- striping at Hunter <br />Road and Centerpoint. <br />o Hunter Road Future Right -of -Way (RD -3) <br />• Dedication of future right -of -way along Hunter Road between Centerpoint Road <br />and the southern property line of the Paso Robles Development. This section of <br />the roadway currently consists of a two lane cross section within an approximate <br />80 foot right -of -way. The potential additional right -of -way would be 120 feet <br />and would accommodate a multi -lane cross section with longer, safer horizontal <br />curvature. This dedication would be approximately 2.1 acres. <br />C -3 <br />
