JACOBS' <br />I_ 12.313.31(1(1 1,1a 1.512.314.;1;, <br />IHPE Finn Key *isu;uinn Va. 2�,� >�� <br />PASO ROBLES TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE <br />Projects for Fundina <br />August 30, 2011 <br />The following list of projects identified for inclusion for funding through the proposed Tax Increment <br />Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ). <br />■ Water <br />o Hunter Road Water Lines (WTR -1) <br />• A 24" water line that will extend approximately 2,800 feet from the existing 24" <br />and 12" water line connection located near Hunter Road, north of Centerpoint <br />Road along the common property line of the Barnes Property and the Abel <br />Property. The proposed line will extend in a southerly direction, parallel to <br />Hunter Road to a point near the intersection of Hunter Road and Posey Road. <br />• A 24" water line that will extend into the Paso Robles property from the <br />proposed 24" line in Hunter Road and provide water supply to the existing <br />Soyars Tank. <br />• A 12" water line that will extend approximately 2,700 feet from the 24" water <br />line proposed to be constructed in Hunter Road as described above. The <br />proposed line will be located parallel to Hunter Road and terminate at <br />approximately the southern property line at of the Paso Robles property line that <br />intersects Hunter Road. <br />o Soyars Tank Upgrades (WTR -2) <br />■ Providing improvements to take the tank off well water by connecting to the 24" <br />Hunter water line. Eventual pump upgrades to connect the Soyars Tank to the <br />Trunk Hill Tank. <br />o Trunk Hill Tank (WTR -3) <br />■ Provide a new 500,000 gallon storage tank located in the vicinity of the proposed <br />intersection of the Centerpoint Road extension and the western property line of <br />the Paso Robles property at a ground elevation of approximately 855 feet MSL. <br />o Trunk Hill Pumps (WTR -4) <br />■ Pumps and other equipment to serve the Trunk Hill Tank. <br />o McCarty Tank Pumps (WTR -5) <br />■ Improvements to the pumps to serve and enhance the SW region of the City's <br />water system. <br />Ell M <br />
