As per sub-grantee's overtime policy, grant related enforcement <br />is opened to all four levels. Thus, sub-grantee cannot estimate the amount of hours each rank will work. No <br />rank above a commander - equivalent to lieutenant - will be allowed to work the grant. Base pay rate/hour is <br />the average of the highest paid commander and the lowest paid officer.
