Topographic and boundary survey for two (2) ponds, one located on the north side of <br />Girard Street at Earle Street on land currently owned by the San Marcos lSD, and <br />one pond located on the eastern comer of Earle S1. and Bishop S1. (Block 22, Lots <br />322 thru 325) <br /> <br />B. ANALYSIS $12,410.00 <br />1. Hydrology and Preliminary Hydraulics <br />a) Review available information on existing aerial topography, zoning <br />records, etc. <br />b) Perform site visit <br />c) Prepare base map compiling available information <br />2. Final Hydraulics <br />a) Model Pre-development vs. Post-development hydraulics using <br />"Existing" condition depicted in the aerial topo dated 1986 and <br />"Developed" condition based on build-out per current zoning maps, <br />for 1O-year storm <br />b) Analyze downstream conveyance hydraulics for 10-year storm <br />3. Prepare Final Report <br /> <br />C. FINAL DESIGN $2,820.00 <br />1. Prepare plans and specifications for inclusion in the Westover Improvements plans, <br />including the following: <br />a) Site Layout for two (2) ponds <br />b) Site Grading Plan( s) for two (2) ponds <br />c) Incorporate Erosion Control into plans for Street & Drainage <br />Improvements <br />d) Incorporate any revisions to storm sewer design resulting from <br />detention design <br />e) Provide detail sheets for Detention Design <br /> <br />C. CONSTRUCTION SERVICES $2,240.00 <br />1. Perform Construction Services detailed in original scope, as related to the detention <br />design <br /> <br />Additional Services: <br />1) Easement Preparation <br />2) Property Acquisition <br />3) Attend Public Hearings <br />4) Provide Expert Testimony <br />5) Provide Construction Administration beyond original contract time <br />
