The area to be <br />considered for the designation of Zone No. 5 is described in the map labeled <br />Exhibit W. The purpose of the proposed Zone No. 5 is to encourage ` <br />reinvestment in the Downtown area, as shown in the attached map, through <br />matching contributions from the City of San Marcos and Hays County.
