<br />If PERFORMING AGENCY subcontracts a portion of this contract, PERFORMING AGENCY agrees to make a <br />good faith effort to subcontract with HUBs during the performance of its contract Attachment(s) with RECEIVING <br />AGENCY and will report HUB subcontract activity on a quarterly basis to RECEIVING AGENCY. <br /> <br />PERFORMING AGENCY and its subrecipient(s), if any, are encouraged to use minority banks (a bank which is <br />owned at least 50 percent by minority group members). <br /> <br />ARTICLE 10. Certification Regarding License. Certificate. or Permit <br /> <br />RECEIVING AGENCY may pay PERFORMING-AGENCY only for personnel who are duly licensed andlor <br />qualified to perform required services. <br /> <br />PERFORMING AGENCY certifies that no owner, operator, or administrator of PERFORMING AGENCY has <br />had a license, certificate, or permit revoked by any of the Texas state agencies listed below: <br /> <br />· Adjutant General's Department <br />· Board of Private Investigators and Private Security Agencies <br />· Interagency Council on Early Childhood Intervention <br />· Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission <br />· Texas Cancer Council <br />· Texas Children's Trust Fund of Texas Council <br />· Texas Commission. for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing <br />· Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse <br />· Texas Commission on Jail Standards <br />· Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officers Standards & Education <br />· Texas Commission on Fire Protection <br />· Texas Council on Sex Offender Treatment <br />· Texas Criminal Justice Policy Council <br />· Texas Department of Criminal Justice <br />· Texas Department of Human Services <br />· Texas Department of Mental Health & Mental Retardation <br />· Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services <br />· Texas Department of Public Safety <br />· Texas Department of Health <br />· Texas Health & Human Services Commission <br />· Texas National Guard Armory Board <br />· Texas Polygraph Examiners Board <br />· Texas Rehabilitation Commission <br />· Texas Youth Commission <br /> <br />ARTICLE 11. Conflict of Interest <br /> <br />PERFORMING AGENCY does not have nor shall it knowingly acquire any interest that would conflict in any <br />manner with the performance of its obligations under this contract.
