<br />1.2.3 The Auctioneer will designate a member of its staff as the Auction Coordinator in <br />writing prior to the auction to assist City, County and SMCISD personnel in the placement <br />of all items to be sold in an order that will attract the most interest of prospective bidders. <br />The Auction Coordinator will be available for a minimum of one (1) full work day before <br />each auction. The Auction Coordinator will assign the lot numbers to the property to be <br />auctioned. <br /> <br />1.2.4 Auctioneer will provide advertising continuously for not less than 20 days priorto any <br />auction at its expense and in accordance with State law as follows: <br /> <br />(a) Include the auction date on its continuously displayed Internet <br />web page calendar; <br /> <br />(b) Include the auction date in regularly displayed calendars in <br />Contractor's Hot Line, National Auction Bulletin, and other <br />national trade journal publications. The date will also be <br />printed on the face of outgoing brochures for other auctions <br />and verbally announced at every other auction Auctioneer <br />conducts from the time the auction date is set up to the auction <br />date; <br /> <br />(c) Contact the City, County and SMCISD to designate a time for <br />Auctioneer to view auction inventory, take pictures and receive <br />a list of inventory to be sold; <br /> <br />(d) Prepare an advertising strategy compatible with the auction <br />inventory, paying particular attention to specialized items; <br /> <br />(e) Write and layout trade journal publication advertisements to <br />be inserted in planned text advertising mediums (local and out <br />of town newspapers); <br /> <br />(f) Priorto publication, fax proof of all the trade journal publication <br />advertisements to the City, County and SMCISD for approval, <br />and once approved, insert publication advertisements; <br /> <br />(g) Contact City, County and SMCISD to discuss any additions to <br />or deletions from the sale at regular intervals prior to the <br />auction date; <br /> <br />(h) Create and layout a two color pictorial brochure displaying the <br />merchandise for sale at the auction and provide to City, County <br />and SMCISD for approval prior to Auctioneer ordering printing <br />of brochures; <br /> <br />2 <br />
