A recipient of under $25,000 is not required to maintain or submit an Equal <br />Employment Opportunity Plan (EEOP) in accordance with Assurance No. 15. In addition, all recipients, regardless of their type, the monetary amount awarded, <br />or the number of employees in their workforce, are subject to the prohibitions against <br />discrimination in any funded program or activity.
