Epstein, Vice President <br /> <br />LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Epstein: <br /> <br />This letter shall serve as an agreement between DMG-MAXIMUS, Inc. ("Consultant"), <br />13601 Preston Road, Suite 400 W., Dallas, Texas 75240 and and the City of San Marcos <br />("City"), 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666 for Consultant's performance of <br />professional services in connection with the City's indirect cost allocation plan. Consultant, <br />agrees to perform all services in accordance with the attached City of San Marcos Terms <br />and Conditions for Professional Services Agreements (Attachment A). <br /> <br />During each of the three years of this agreement, the Consultant, upon receipt of written <br />direction from the City, will carry out in a good and professional manner the following <br />services: <br /> <br />A. Development of the following central services cost allocation plans: <br /> <br />OMB Circular A-87 based on Actual costs: <br /> <br />Fiscal Year Ending 2000 <br />Fiscal Year Ending 2001 <br />Fiscal Year Ending 2002 <br /> <br />Full Cost Plans based on Budgeted costs: <br /> <br />Fiscal Year Ending 2001 <br />Fiscal Year Ending 2002 <br />Fiscal Year Ending 2003 <br /> <br />The above plans will identify the various costs incurred by the city to support <br />and administer non-general fund programs.
