The fact that msurance IS obtained by LIcensee or Licensor on behalf of Licensee shall not be deemed <br />to release or dImmIsh the lIabilIty of Licensee, mcludmg, WIthout lImItatIOn, lIabilIty under the <br />mdenmIty prOVISIOns of thIS Agreement.
