<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />35. <br /> <br /> <br />January 17, 2006 <br /> <br />Donald Lee <br />423 Condor Drive <br />San Marcos, Texas 78666 <br /> <br />Re: Dog Donation <br /> <br />LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Lee: <br /> <br />This letter shall serve as an agreement between Mr. Donald Lee (the "Donor"), 423 Condor <br />Drive, San Marcos, Texas 78666 and the City of San Marcos ("City"), 630 East Hopkins, San <br />Marcos, Texas 78666 for the Donor's donation of a male Belgian Malanois ("Odin") to the City. <br />The Donor will utilize Odin in the City's "K-9" and School Resource Officer Drug Dog <br />Program. <br /> <br />The City agrees to accept Odin in his present condition and further understands that the Donor <br />makes no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, as to the physical condition or the <br />health of Odin.
