Cash Pay - Pavroll Card <br />CashPay, the Depository's Visa@ card-based payroll solution, enables the City to automate <br />payroll by allowing the City to offer direct deposit to employees that either do not qualify for, or <br />choose not to have traditional bank accounts. <br /> <br />2. Corporate Purchasiol! Card <br /> <br />The Corporate Purchasing Card allows the City to purchase goods or services and have payment <br />made to their suppliers within 48 hours, eliminating traditional paper intensive, manual purchase <br />order and accounts payable processes. The program enables the City to consolidate its <br />cardholders' combined monthly purchases into one single deferred payment to the bank. In <br />addition, the service offers the optional feature of providing the City with an electronic file of <br />transaction data sufficient to automatically allocate and interface into its ERP or AlP system; <br />standard reports can be accessed via the Internet. The Bank of America Corporate Purchasing <br />Card offer both Visa and MasterCard platforms. <br /> <br />3. ePavables Solutioo <br /> <br />ePayables solution is an electronic payment product targeting disbursement and AP spend. <br />ePayab1es offers a paper to electronic payment solution that combines streamlined card account <br />integration with existing client ERP and payables processes. The ePayab1es Solution integrates <br />seam1essly with the City's Accounts Payable process via secure card payments. <br /> <br />4. Remote Deposit Service <br /> <br />Remote Deposit is the capture product that places item truncation at the beginning of the <br />payment stream, with the City. Remote Deposit Service can help the City electronically clear <br />checks, access funds and reconcile accounts faster than the City has before. Remote Deposit <br />leverages the Check 21 Act, which permits check truncation, or the elimination of the original <br />check in the check clearing process. This service allows the City to convert checks to ACH <br />payments or use image-based technology to truncate them at the point of capture. <br /> <br />5. ATM <br /> <br />The City serves a large number of employees and citizens and would like to place a single A TM <br />machine at City Hall. This service will be explored further during the duration of the contract to <br />determine the feasibility of such service. <br /> <br />Page 7 <br />
