Leavines, Deceased to the State of Texas (for right-of- <br />way purposes) dated February 19, 1991 and recorded in <br />Volume 1012, Page 421 of the Hays County Official Public <br />Records; <br />THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING with the common <br />southeast line of Interstate Flighway ivo. 35 and the State <br />of Texas 2.05 acre tract and northwest line of the Gilmore <br />Austex Properties 203.55 acre tract, ~N 4D°58'30" E 708.19 <br />feet to a 1/" iron rod set for the north corner of this <br />tract, from which a Tr.Dot brass disk found in concrete <br />bears N 40°58'3D" E 516.20 feet; <br />THENCE leaving said common line and entering the Gilmore <br />tract ~ 44°50'23" E 600.21 feet to %" iron rod set for the <br />east corner of this tract; <br />THENCE S 45'09'37" W 798.70 feet to a ~" iron rod set for <br />the south corner of this tract in the common northeast line <br />of McCarty Lane and southwest line of the Gilmore tract; <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
