VERAMENDI SURVEY N0. 1, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING <br />A PORTION OF THAT TRACT DESCRIBED AS 203.55 ACRES IN A DEED <br />FROM GILMORE PROPERTIES, LTD. TO GILMORE AUSTEX PROPERTIES, <br />LTD. DATED JANIIARY 4, 2002 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 1935, <br />PAGE 804 OF THE HAYS COUNTY OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS, AND <br />BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />COMMENCING at a TxDOT brass disk found in concrete for the <br />most northerly west corner of the Gilmore Austex Properties <br />203.55 acre tract and this tract at the intersection of the <br />southeast line of Interstate Highway No. 35 and the flaring <br />northeast line of McCarty Lane, and being an interior <br />corner of that tract described as 2.05 acres in a deed from <br />Melvin Jochec, Independent Executor of the Estate of Lanell <br />B. Leavines, Deceased to the State of Texas (for right-of- <br />way purposes) dated February 19, 1991 and recorded in <br />Volume 1012, Page 421 of the Hays County Official Public <br />Records; <br />THENCE with the common southeast line of Interstate <br />Highway No. 35 and the State of Texas 2.05 acre tract <br />and northwest line of the Gilmore Austex Properties <br />203.55 acre tract, N 40'58'30" E 708.19 feet to a 1/" <br />iron rod set, from which a TxDOT brass disk found in <br />concrete bears N 40°58'30" E 516.20 feet; <br />THENCE leaving said common line and entering the <br />Gilmore tract S 44°50'23" E 600.21 feet to 1/" iron rod <br />set for the north corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of <br />this tract; <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
