<br />software. <br /> <br />make it all count <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />MAXIMO Upgrade Factory SOW for City of San Marcos, Tx <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />Providing an adequate workspace for the MRO Professional Services representative is the responsibility of <br />the customer An adequate workspace generally includes a desk, chair, telephone (including modem <br />access), PC and printer, and access to the MRO software across the customers' network as needed <br /> <br />Custom applications, interfaces, programs, and reports developed using MRO software or other <br />commercially available software is not supported by the MRO Technical Support hot line In addition, MRO <br />cannot guarantee that customizations will work with future releases of MRO products. Assistance is <br />available from MRO, on a time and expenses basis, to help maintain these products and assist with <br />upgrades to future releases. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />1.5 COMPLETION CRITERIA <br /> <br />MRO shall have fulfilled its obligations under this Statement of Work when anyone of the following first occurs: <br />. MROI accomplishes the MROI tasks described in section 1.1.3, Deliverables <br />. City of San Marcos terminates this work in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. <br />. MROI terminates this work in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. <br /> <br />1.6 CHANGE CONTROL PROCEDURE <br /> <br />The following provides a detailed process to follow if a change to this Statement of Work (SOW) is required. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A Project Change Request (PCR) will be the vehicle for communicating change The PCR must describe <br />the change, rationale for the change, and the effect the change will have on the project. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The designated representative of the requesting party will review the proposed change and determine <br />whether to submit the request to the MRO representative. <br /> <br />. Both representatives will review the proposed change and approve it for further investigation or reject it. <br />MRO will specify any charges for such investigation. If the investigation is authorized, the requesting party <br />will sign the PCR, thereby constituting approval for the investigation charges. MRO will invoice City of San <br />Marcos for any such charges (hourly rate will be invoiced at $195/hour plus expenses) The investigation <br />will determine the effect that the implementation of the PCR will have on price, schedule and other terms <br />and conditions of the Agreement. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />10 <br />
