<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ARTICLE 15 <br />BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br /> <br />15.1 The City will compensate the Consultant, in accordance with Article 5, Payments to the <br />Consultant, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: <br /> <br />15.2 The total of all fees and expenses to be paid to Consultant for Basic Services as described <br />in Sections 1.1 through 1.5 is a fixed fee of $77,400.00. This compensation is divided among the <br />Basic Services and Reimbursable Expenses as follows: <br /> <br />Task 1 - Preliminary Design Services <br />Task 2 - Hydraulic Impact Verification <br />Task 3 - Permitting <br />Task 4 - Construction Plans and Specifications <br />Task 5 - Construction Administration <br />Subtotal: <br /> <br />$ 8,000.00 <br />$ 2,500.00 <br />$ 2,100.00 <br />$29,300.00 <br />$24.000.00 <br />$65,900.00 <br /> <br />Reimbursable expenses: <br /> <br />$11.500.00 <br /> <br />Total Fixed Fee: <br /> <br />$77,400.00 <br /> <br />15.3 Compensation for Basic Services and for Additional Services of the Consultant shall be <br />computed based on the Consultant's standard hourly rates of $ 120/hour. <br /> <br />Each of the persons executing this Agreement represents that he or she has full power and <br />authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party that person represents.
