<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Manager authorized to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City <br />Engineer will be responsible for the direct supervision of the Consultant to include critical <br />review, evaluation and direction of engineering related activities, with the authority and <br />responsibility to review enforce and control compliance with all engineering design criteria, <br />specifications, and procedures as the work progresses and to exert significant control over the <br />Consultant's services. The City will examine the documents and information submitted by the <br />Consultant and promptly render responses to the Consultant on issues requiring a decision by the <br />City. <br /> <br />2.3 Provide all applications and permits for the Project. <br /> <br />2.4 Provide the survey and base map with 2' intervals for entire Project reach. This survey <br />and map will include cross sections, detailed dam elevations, all structures and landmarks from <br />400 feet upstream of the dam to 100 feet downstream of the bridge and directly below the dam. <br /> <br />2.5 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter public <br />and private property as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this Agreement. <br /> <br />2.6 <br /> <br />Be responsible for the cost of printing and binding of the construction related documents. <br /> <br />2.7 <br /> <br />Bear all costs incident to this Article. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES. <br /> <br />4.1 Reimbursable expenses, including such things as expenses for plotting, reproduction of <br />documents except bid documents, auto travel mileage, delivery charges, long distance <br />communications, freight, and state accessibility review are included in the Consultant's basic <br />services compensation. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 4 <br />PAYMENTS TO THE CONSULT ANT <br /> <br />5.1 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF BASIC SERVICES <br /> <br />Payments for Basic Services will be made to Consultant monthly following receipt by City of <br />Consultant's invoices and appropriate payment requisitions. The amounts of these invoices will <br />be based upon the extent of work completed by the Consultant on a percentage basis within each <br />phase of services, in accordance with Article 15 of this Agreement, less any disputed amounts, <br />pending resolution thereof. <br /> <br />5.2 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />Payments on account of the Consultant's Additional Services as defined in Section 1.5 will be <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />REP Rio Vista Dam <br />
